The company does not direct its offering at people in the European Union and has not appointed a representative in the EU.

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR. We process only what is necessary for the stated purpose.

When you visit the site, technical data are processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system details. Purpose: secure and uninterrupted operation and prevention of misuse. Basis: legitimate interest in operating the website.

Our hosting provider keeps server logs only briefly and deletes them as a rule within 30 days.

If you write to us or use the form, we process the details you submit: name, company, email address, country and message. Purpose: handling your enquiry and the correspondence that follows.

Completed enquiries are kept for 24 months. Where commercial retention obligations apply, the statutory periods govern.

Hosting and delivery of the website: Vercel Inc., USA, delivered from the European region.

Sending of form messages: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), USA.

Domain registration and administration: Hostpoint AG, Switzerland.

And authorities where a legal obligation applies. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

Vercel and Resend are established in the United States, so personal data may be disclosed there. The transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and on the data processing agreements with each provider.

We use no analytics or statistics services.

The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
